Kidwell Kitchens strives to offer only the best custom and semi-custom, furniture quality cabinetry for every budget. Our lines include Mouser Custom Cabinetry, and Holiday Kitchens, which both offer lifetime warrantees, as well as Mid Continent Cabinetry, Hagerstown Kitchens, and Showplace. All of our cabinetry lines have environmentally compliant emissions. To complete the project, we offer exquisite hardware as well as unique metal, pottery, and glass art tiles, combined with multiple options of field tile, for one of a kind backsplashes to complete your custom look.

We currently service the tri-county Tampa Bay area; Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County, but are willing to travel farther if the project warrants.

Concept
• Preliminary design
• Kitchen Design Specialists retains all designs unless a 5% design deposit is made
(which will be deducted from the agreement on signing)

Contract

• Finalize contract with detailed explanation of products to be used and work to be performed
• Cabinetry, countertops and other materials ordered
• Construction schedule produced
• Deposit: 50% of project proposal.

Construction
• Designer meets with installer and project manager to ensure communication
• Work starts
• Cabinetry delivered and stored in garage or first available room

• Project manager reviews progress and quality control, orders any additional parts needed
• Payment: 40% of contract at cabinetry delivery and boxes are set

Completion
• Work completed
• Project manager does final walk through with customer to insure satisfaction.
• Manufacturers warranties begin
• Payment: Final 10% of contract due at substantial completion

The design process begins with a trip to our showroom. From the first visit we will determine the style of your kitchen as well as the wood species, door style and finish from many options available. The design process will then begin from your Architects Plans or a scheduled field measure at no cost to you. A second meeting will be scheduled to review the design and job costing.* Once the design process is complete, a 50% deposit and a signed agreement with all cabinetry and hardware specifications will be initiated and a Final Field Measure will be scheduled before ordering. The typical lead time is from 3-4 weeks for Semi Custom Cabinetry from Mid Continent Signature Series and Showplace, to 6-8 weeks for Fully Custom Cabinetry by Mouser Custom Cabinetry, Hagerstown Kitchens and Holiday Kitchens.
